YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:

All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.

Reward Points:

1. Users have to Login/Register to earn Reward points.
2. On Every purchase of Rs 20/- user will earn 1 Point. And 1 Point is equal to Rs 1/-
3. Reward Points validity : 60 days from the date of purchase
4. Reward points/amount will be transferred to user account as Reward Points and can only be consumed on https://www.haldiramsonline.com/
5. Once the validity is over, the leftover Reward Points will be forfeited and will be non-refundable.
6. Earn: The Reward Points earned will be calculated on Cart subtotal value after deducting other applicable discounts/store credit/reward points. The Reward Points would not be calculated on other miscellaneous elements like Shipping charges, COD charges, Packaging Charges etc.
7. Spend: You can spend upto 100% Reward Points that were previously earned, on any new order.

2. Amount will be transferred as store credit to the customer's account.
3. Coupon validity : 3 months from the date of purchase
4. Once the validity is over, the remaining amount will be forfeited and will be non-refundable
DISPUTES:
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any HALDIRAM’S Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by HALDIRAM’S or through www.haldiramsonline.com will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court of Delhi.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
